Danielle is based in New York. Her goal was to drop 20 pounds within her 12 weeks of us working together and feel confident naked. 12 weeks later a dropped 25 pounds which she was estactic about. She is now more confident than ever in and out of her birthday suit!

Akinyi is based in the UK. Her biggest struggle when we started working together was snacking and having a solid workout program to help her drop body fat in her waist & build muscle in her legs. During our time working together, her waist has gone down drastically & her confidence is threw the roof as she is now able to shop for a low rise bikini for her holidays!

Saeeda is based in the UK, she came to me to body recomposition as she felt "skinny fat". And that we achieved and in that time she lost inches off her waistline and her glutes grew. She is now really confident in her body and the happiest that she has ever felt in her body!

Dionne is based in Tisbili. Her goal was to body recomposition. Drop body fat and to grow her glutes. 12 weeks later of us working together, and her legs have grown. Her waist has remained slim and she is feeling so much more confident. She is loving it.

Emmanuellas goal was to gain weight in her lower body whilst keeping everywhere else slim. She was relatively new to the gym when we started working together and through us working together 1:1 she is now super confident in the gym. Her glutes and legs are growing and everywhere else remains slim. She has now got the formula for her body to continue on progressing. Emanuella completed a 16 week program.

Daniella is based in the UK. When we began working together her goal was to slim down her waist, reduce bloat and understand her body better. 12 weeks later and she is bloat free, stomach is flatter than it has ever been and she is feeling so much more confident in the gym! Bum is also perking up too - which is a great plus!

Mamus is based in the UK. When we first started working together she was recovering from arthroscopy surgery in her left knee. which caused her left knee to be very weak in comparison, We gradually built her strength back up. Shes now able to squat 70kg! aswell as perform box jumps and more. And as you heard from her, her body fat has dropped, enough for her to start seeing abs forming on her stomach!

Medhy is based in the UK, we began working together with the goal to body recomposition. He wanted to drop some body fat in preparation for a fight as well as build some lean muscle tissue. And that we achieved!
