What equipment will I need?

Most of the exercises can be performed with your body-weight. However I do recommend having resistance bands on hand, light weights or heavy objects that you have around the house. This will help to add an extra level of intensity to the workouts. Alternatives you can use around the house are jugs of water, cans, a backpack filled with household items.

Is this Guide beginner friendly?

In all honesty, the guide is… challenging. However, modifications for all exercises are provided. So you can do the modified versions until you feel confident to do the normal version.

Will there be demo’s?

Yes, demonstrations to all the exercises will be provided on the private Instagram page. Once you’ve joined you’re request will be accepted.
