Banana Bread Recipe.

This is a quick, easy and most importantly delicious banana bread recipe that you can make at home.

You will need:

  • 2-3 very ripe bananas

  • 120g of self raising flour

  • 1/3 slab of butter

  • 2 tablespoons of brown sugar

  • 2 medium sized eggs

  • 45g of white chocolate chips

  • 45g of toasted coconut chips

Method:

  1. Start by preheating your oven to 180 degrees, then grease your baking tin using butter and leave to the side.

  2. Next begin mashing the bananas in a bowl and put to the side

  3. Add your butter to a pan and mix in the brown sugar. Mix together until it is a soft smooth mixture.

  4. To the mixture, begin to beat in the two eggs and mix together. Once done add in the mashed bananas

  5. To the mixture, begin to sieve in the flour, gently folding it in. Once the flour is fully blended in, add in the chocolate chips and coconut chips. ( this is totally up to you but it taste delicious in).

  6. Add into a baking tin and bake in the over for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.

Once it is out of the oven, allow to sit for 5 minuets and enjoy !
