Guilt-free Pancakes Recipe

These guiltless pancakes taste amazing and are super easy to make too. For this recipe,

You Will Need:

  • 2 Eggs

  • 1/2 a ripe banana

  • 1/2 cup of oats

  • 1 teaspoon of chocolate powder

  • A pinch of salt

  • Two pinches of brown sugar

  • 1/2 teaspoon of peanut butter

  • A dribble of oat milk

For Toppings:

  • Blueberries

  • Strawberries

  • Fresh cream

Serves: 3 pancakes.

Method:

  1. In a blender, add your banana, oats, chocolate powder, salt, brown sugar, peanut butter, and oat milk and blend until smooth.

  2. In a pan heat up your preferred choice of oil to fry on a medium heat.

  3. once it has heated up, fry your first pancake for 2 minutes on one side then flip. Repeat this process until the pancakes are done.

  4. Once complete, add your toppings and cream and enjoy!
