Guilt-free Pancakes Recipe
These guiltless pancakes taste amazing and are super easy to make too. For this recipe,
You Will Need:
2 Eggs
1/2 a ripe banana
1/2 cup of oats
1 teaspoon of chocolate powder
A pinch of salt
Two pinches of brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon of peanut butter
A dribble of oat milk
For Toppings:
Blueberries
Strawberries
Fresh cream
Serves: 3 pancakes.
Method:
In a blender, add your banana, oats, chocolate powder, salt, brown sugar, peanut butter, and oat milk and blend until smooth.
In a pan heat up your preferred choice of oil to fry on a medium heat.
once it has heated up, fry your first pancake for 2 minutes on one side then flip. Repeat this process until the pancakes are done.
Once complete, add your toppings and cream and enjoy!
