  • 6 big Chesnut Mushrooms finely chopped

  • 1 pack of king prawns

  • 1 pack of scallops

  • 6 Heck Simply Chicken Chipolatas

  • 1 pack of small piccolo tomato’s

  • 1 onion

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • 1/4 scotch bonnet (optional)

  • 1/2 a teaspoon of hot paprika

  • 1/2 a teaspoon of cayenne pepper

  • 1/2 a teaspoon of black pepper

  • 1/2 a teaspoon of oregano

  • pinch of Himalayan pink salt

  • 1/4 of a pack of Parmesan cheese

To serve:

  • Asparagus

  • Parsley

Serves: 2-3

Method:

  1. In a blender mix half of your piccolo tomato’s, onions, garlic and scotch bonnet and put to the side.

  2. Place your pan on the stove on medium heat, heat a spoon of garlic butter and once hot, fry the prawns first. 2 minutes on each side, once the prawns are almost cooked. sprinkle, a pinch of salt, black pepper, hot paprika, and cayenne pepper and toss. Then put to the side.

  3. In a separate pan, add a spoon of garlic butter and begin to fry your scallops. 2 minutes of each side, until brown. Sprinkle a dash of salt and put to the side.

  4. Next, add some more garlic butter to a pan and fry your chipolatas, no seasoning needed. Fry for 5 minutes, until brown and put to the side.

  5. Once all your protein is fried in a separate pan. Begin to fry your mushrooms, chopped onions, and the rest of the piccolo tomato’s. Fry for 5 minutes until soft, then add your blended mixture and cook it for 10 minutes on medium heat.

  6. Whilst that cooks, on a separate stove, boil your tagliatelle for 3-4 minutes, drain and put to the side.

  7. Once you have cooked the tomatoes for 10 minutes, then pour in the double cream and stir for 2 minutes.

  8. Next add the cooked prawns, scallops and chipolatas to the mix and allow it to marinate in the sauce for 5-7 minutes. Until the sauce begins to thicken up.

  9. Once the sauce has thickened up, add the Parmesan cheese and stir.

  10. Taste the sauce and add a pinch of salt to the mix, but at this stage it should be well seasoned. Add your tagliatelle and mix together. Sprinkle some parsley and leave on the stove for 2 minutes.

  11. In a separate pan, add some garlic butter to a pan and fry your asparagus for 3-5 minutes. Then serve alongside your garlic butter seafood pasta and enjoy !
